STEP 1 : BUILD (20 hour program over 5 days or 4 weekends)
Launch Your First Project or Startup.
Format: 20 hour intensive cohort with other students
You will:

Present your pitch on Demo Day
Outcome: Your first live product, real user feedback, and confidence to call yourself a founder.
STEP 2 : GROW (Months 2–4 online)
Get Traction and Earn Recognition.
Format: One-on-one 5 mentorship sessions online + group calls + accountability pods
You will:

STEP 3: ACCELERATE (Months 5–6)
Experience a Real Startup.
Format: Curated micro-internship with a startup
You will:

Work at a startup for 4-6 weeks typically during summer or winter break

Outcome: A résumé worthy internship, recommendation letter, and clarity on your next chapter.

What if I don't have an idea? Do I need to know how to code?
That's ok. Half of our students come in with no idea and discover a problem to solve on the first day or two. You don't have to know how to code. We use no-code tools like Figma, Loveable and Carrd with simple drag-and-drop features. You can even use Canva, Wix or other tools.

How much time does this take per week?
For the 1st phase, it is a 20 hour program. Post this, depending on each student, 2-4 hours a week.

What if my idea doesn't work?
That's totally fine and really what the sprint is for! The average founder pivots 2-3 times. Failing fast is a skill top universities value. Admissions love stories about resilience, not just success.

What if I don't have a team?
You don’t need a team to start with. You start solo and can team up later (max 3 students) when applying to competitions.

What is the cost for this?
The cost is Rs. 50,000 + tax for a 6-month online program. For our offline program, Rs.60,000 + tax.
