Hustle, Heart & Visey: Making startup life easier

Startup Support
India
21 & 22 Years
At 19 and 18, Jhonty and Riddhima, students of Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE), stepped into the startup world, eager to build and explore. Over three years of working in the ecosystem, they witnessed firsthand how founders—despite their ambition and drive—spent countless hours struggling to navigate their startup journeys. Finding funding, mentorship, or even the right team was an uphill battle, with no single place to turn to for reliable, timely support. The ecosystem felt fragmented, and the daily hustle kept founders from focusing on what truly mattered—growing their businesses.
By the time they were 22 and 21, they knew something had to change. That’s when Visey was born—a platform designed to make entrepreneurship seamless. In just three clicks, founders can find the best resources tailored to their startup’s needs, saving them hours, even days of searching. Even more than just speed, Visey is about accessibility—ensuring that founders in Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural areas have the same access to top-tier resources as those in big cities.

Our Mission
To make entrepreneurship effortless by helping founders and small business owners find the right resources, instantly and reliably.
Every founder’s journey is different, but one challenge remains universal: navigating the maze of securing funding, mentorship, legal support, and team-building. Instead of getting lost in the process, Visey brings the best streamlined system directly to them. We’re building an ecosystem where founders no longer feel stuck or alone, but empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
We started Visey because we believe every entrepreneur- regardless of where they come from- deserves access to the right resources to build, scale, and succeed in seconds. That’s the vision we’re bringing to life every day.
“Founders in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities don’t lack ambition—they lack access. Visey is changing that.”
What inspired you to start your own business?
We experienced this problem ourselves. When Jhonty joined the founding team of Vitalth Forgers Pvt. Ltd., he realized that the Incubator support system was inefficient and unable to address the issues or provide adequate resources for his startup at that point. They could not get the right resources when they needed them the most. We spoke to fellow founders, and when they told us their stories, we realized everyone was facing the same. There was no help readily available, and no one to reach out to, let alone someone to provide personalized support. We then reached out and set up meetings with CEOs of 15+ leading incubators in India. They validated the problem, and we also established knowledge and resource tie-ups with them. At that time the initial idea clicked to do something which is fast, personalized and addresses the reliability gap in the ecosystem. Riddhima is a ux researcher and she has 3 years experience, having performed problem analysis for two previous startups. So, her expertise helps us to find the insights and what will work for our users.
We uncovered important industry insights when involved in the ecosystem, and also from our research interviews. We have insights into how the incubator syndicate in India prevents startups from openly providing honest feedback and how exactly a lack of support and guidance systems affects a startup’s journey. This understanding positions us to create a solution that truly supports our users.

How did you turn your idea into a business?
When we started in May 2024, it was just an idea. We spent two months validating it, conducting 51+ one-on-one interviews to deeply understand the problem. By July, we moved into MVP development, constantly iterating based on user feedback.
In November, we launched our website, followed by a custom-built recommendation system in December—our core differentiator. By January 2025, we had built a strong early adopter community of 150+ founders and secured key partnerships.
Our traction picked up fast. Between Jan and Feb, we hit 2.8K+ events on the platform and 330+ active users on the web app. By February, we were on track to close ₹41L-₹1Cr in GTV, and we launched our web app (Beta).
It’s been a fast-paced journey—listening, building and refining. And we’re just getting started.
How did you get your customers?
Many companies claim to help founders build and grow their businesses. However, when we spoke with founders, they shared a different perspective—they don’t want someone else to run their business; they want support in overcoming daily roadblocks and moving to the next stage of their journey.
We identified these real pain points through direct conversations and built our brand language around what founders actually need. This user-centric approach has been key to acquiring our customers.
On the other hand, we provide high-intent-to-pay leads to our resource providers, enabling them to grow their businesses through Visey. Since business listings on our platform are completely free, providers see immediate value in joining, making it a win-win ecosystem for both founders and service providers.
How are you funding your startup?
It is bootstrapped. Currently looking for funding.
What is your average monthly revenue?
On the track to close ₹41L-₹1Cr ($47,000 to $115,000) GTV in 2nd quarter of 2025.
How are you doing today and what plans for the future?
One-on-one conversations. While others chase scale, we are obsessed with understanding our users at an atomic level. This hands-on approach has helped us refine our recommendation engine, shape our messaging, and build trust with founders who now see Visey as more than just a tool—it’s a companion in their journey.
Mistakes, missed opportunities & challenges
The hardest part is bridging the trust gap. Founders have been burned by platforms that overpromise and underdeliver also charge subscription fees at every stage, so earning their confidence takes time.
Good decisions we made (marketing, partnerships, etc.)
-
Building in public. Sharing our journey openly has made founders feel part of something bigger.
-
Strategic partnerships. We focused on high-intent service providers- the ones who truly add value to an entrepreneur's journey.
-
Free business listings. Creating a strong supply-side foundation.
Forces out of our control that helped (luck, timing, trends)
The timing is right. India’s startup ecosystem is booming, but the support infrastructure for early-stage founders is still scattered and slow. The gap exists, and we’re stepping in at the perfect moment.
Helpful habits/abilities we possess
-
Deep listening. Every founder has a story, and we pay attention.
-
Rapid iteration. We don’t wait for perfection—we launch, learn, and improve.
-
Grit. The journey is tough, but we’re relentless.
Visey is still young, but we’re building something that will outlast trends, competition, and hype. The goal is simple: make entrepreneurship effortless, and in doing so, reshape how founders build their dreams.
What advice would you give to budding founders?
You should give a try to ideas that you believe can work for your target users and customers.

What’s the most unexpected thing you’ve learned about entrepreneurship?
Every individual needs to take breaks or set aside time for self-growth beyond their professional life. However, as a founder, I often struggle with guilt and anxiety when stepping away from work, feeling that every moment away leads to delays.
Thankfully, my co-founder, Riddhima, helped me realize that taking breaks isn’t a setback—it’s a priority. Just as we schedule important tasks, we should also schedule time to recharge.
If any of you feel the same, remember: stepping away won’t derail your progress. Things will fall into place when they’re meant to. Take a break—you’ll return stronger.
What role has your family or support system played in your entrepreneurial journey?
Both of our families believe in us and that we will build it. They also believe that Visey can change the landscape of Indian entrepreneurship. Their support has always been like a strong wall, backing us mentally through every challenge.
Where can we find you?
