Hi, I’m Phil Sergenti, 22 years old from Italy, but currently living as a digital nomad. I am working on my startup, First which I launched in 2024. We are Building the Mr Beast of B2B.
First is a growth partner that acts like a boutique VC firm. We want to bring to market the vision of the most innovative companies of our generation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After leaving my last startup glaut.com, I decided to start First. I bought a domain, started posting about what I enjoy doing and took it from there.
How are you funding your business?
We are bootstrapped.

How did you grow your business? And get your first customers?
We approached customers through cold emails and content. Our customers are B2B startups with more than 2 sales representatives.
What advice do you have for other founders?
One of the most important things while starting a business is to find people you can trust.
Are you looking to hire people in the next few months?
Yes, we are looking at expanding our team. We will be hiring - Head of PR, head of sales, dm appointment setters and head of AI automations.
